Terms of Service
Effective: May 6, 2026 · Publisher: BookingZone, LLC
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ShipDocs you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
ShipDocs renders shipping documents (packing slips, invoices, bills of lading, certificate packages) from data you authorize us to read from your QuickBooks Online company. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis with the plan tiers listed on the Pricing page and is published by BookingZone, LLC.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your QuickBooks Online company, the legal compliance of the documents you generate (including without limitation DOT, USDA, CDFA, and CFIA regulations), and the security of any credentials used to access the service. ShipDocs is a document-generation tool, not a legal, compliance, or tax advisor.
4. Fees and cancellation
Subscription fees are charged monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. Custom or partner pricing applied by BookingZone, LLC via the admin override system is governed by the separate written agreement, if any, with that customer.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ShipDocs to generate documents that misrepresent the origin, contents, or compliance status of a shipment, to violate Intuit's Developer Terms or any applicable law, to scrape or bulk-export data belonging to other tenants, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, breach the EULA, or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or the underlying Intuit platform. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately; the licensing and IP-protection sections of the EULA survive.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingZone, LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to ShipDocs is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which BookingZone, LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles.
