1. Who we are

ShipDocs is a software product owned and operated by BookingZone, LLC. References to "we," "us," and "our" in this Privacy Policy mean BookingZone, LLC.

2. What we collect

We store only what is needed to generate your shipping documents and bill your subscription. From QuickBooks Online we read invoice, customer, and company-info data via the Intuit OAuth scope you grant. We never read bank or payroll data. From Stripe we receive a customer ID and subscription status; full payment-card data is held by Stripe and never touches our servers. From you directly we collect the email address from your identity-provider login plus your shipper profile (company name and address).

3. How we use it

Invoice and customer data is fetched on demand to render packing slips, invoices, and bills of lading. Document generation is logged to enforce plan quotas, prevent abuse, and provide an audit trail. We do not sell, rent, license, or share your data with third parties for marketing, ad targeting, or model training.

4. Where it lives

Application data is stored in a managed MySQL-compatible database in US-region infrastructure. Certificate PDFs and uploaded files are stored in object storage. QuickBooks refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM using a key held in our secret store.

5. Disconnect and deletion

You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from Settings. Doing so revokes the refresh token at Intuit and clears the encrypted tokens from our database. If you uninstall the app from the Intuit Marketplace, Intuit notifies us via webhook and we perform the same cleanup automatically. To request full deletion of every record tied to your tenant, email [email protected] and we will purge within 30 days, or rely on Intuit's right-to-be-forgotten webhook which we honor automatically.

6. Third-party services

We use Intuit (QuickBooks Online), Stripe (billing), and our hosting and storage providers (compute, database, object storage, email). Each has its own privacy policy. We do not knowingly transmit your data to any other third party.

7. Children

ShipDocs is a B2B product not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date above and, for material changes, notify the email on file for the workspace owner.
